Head Nurse

In 2005 I started working at End Cottage vets, and went on to train to become a veterinary nurse, qualifying in 2015 as The College of Animal Welfares Student Of The Year.

In previous years I have supported nurse training within the practice as a clinical coach. This involves teaching and guiding students to become qualified veterinary nurses, but decided to give this up to allow me to focus on my main duties as Head Nurse.

My particular interests are canine rehabilitation and arthritis cases. I recently obtained a level 3 diploma in hydrotherapy and received training for class 4 laser therapy. I currently work between End Cottage Vets and Wicstun Hospital, where I hold weekly hydrotherapy and laser therapy clinics. At home I love spending time with my three dogs, Winnie, Nellie and Lottie.
